As Blueboard's client-based scaled rapidly, the Design team sought out opportunities to lighten the per-client workload during the client onboarding process. I partnered with the Client Success and Client Experiences teams to develop a self-service Resource Hub with downloadable assets and templates that clients can access and use on their own - reducing setup time for my team and ramp up time for the Client teams.

After launch in early 2022, the team exceeded initial adoption goals and continued to have new clients sign-up weekly. A win-win, we were able to provide clients additional value with exclusive resources for them to kickstart their Blueboard program, while at the same time, reducing the amount of custom client requests for the Client Implementation and Design teams.

I led detailed discovery with our Recipient and Client teams to understand where recipient education or knowledge gaps existed, what content could impact that, and what the most frequent client asks were. I also identified other opportunities where processes could be automated through the Hub.
To make it all happen, I created a full CMS and membership service on the backend to create a secure experience for Blueboard and its clients.
